An heraldric examines his own genealogical tree.

The investigation leads him towards his deceased great aunt. Her picture had been taken by a photographer friend who specifies in corpses. His interest is concentrated on death.

From this moment on, the heraldic shifts his point of view towards death. Death is for him related to caos, decadence and the non understandable.

After his meeting with the photographer, he begins to understand it as part of natural human process.
